1. How do I purchase from your website? top

When using our website you can chose to view product by type, brand and collection. When you wish to add an item to your shopping cart, please insure that you have selected a width, size and quantity before clicking the add to cart button. You can view and/or modify items in your shopping cart by clicking the my cart icon at the top right corner of the website. Click the checkout button when you are ready to pay.

Our website is SSL secured. Your personal data must go through an encryption process, which prevents third parties from viewing it.

4. Should i receive an order confirmation? top

You should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the email hasn’t gone to your spam folder by mistake. If you’ve created an account, you will be able to check the status of your order by signing into your account. If you don’t receive an email after an hour please contact us


1. What size should i select? top

Birkenstock are made in European sizes. We display UK and US sizes as a guideline only. We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters (MM) to help you find your correct EU Size.

2. What width should I select? top

We suggest the regular width for broader feet and the narrow width for narrower feet. We recommend the the regular width for men and the narrow width for women, with the exception of thong sandals which generally fit better in the regular width.

3. My size isn't available, what should I do? top

Please contact us and we can check when your size will be back in stock.


1. What is the shipping cost? top

We offer free shipping in Ireland on orders over €49.99 and charge €4.99 on orders under this value. Shipments and deliveries can only be made Monday-Friday. Orders placed over weekends & bank holidays won't ship until the next business day.

2. How long will it take for delivery? top

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, deliveries are taking a minimum of 2-3 business days. Delivery times are calculated from when your order is shipped. If your order or parts of your order have to come from our central warehouse, this may delay the shipping of your order.

3. Who will deliver my order? top

All orders are shipped with An Post.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Can I cancel my order? top

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we can cancel your order.

2. Can I get an exchange or refund? top

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for whatever reason you are not absolutely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from when you receive your order to return it for an exchange or refund. However the following conditions must be met.

    The goods must be in perfect condition. We are unable to accept your return if there are any signs of wears. You must return all original packing with your order. In case the original box is missing or damaged, you will be charged a €5.00 re-boxing fee.

Please indicate your preference. If you are returning your order for an exchange, please advise us of your preferred model, colour and size. We will pay for the shipping back to you but you must pay for the return shipping to us. We can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or for faulty goods.
